Mediation Link 2 PM And Thank You To St. Mary’s

Dear SWC,

Mediation with Kevin Flanigan will take place at 2 pm: link

We will have a pre-mediation caucus at 1:30 like we usually do for bargaining sessions: link 

We also wanted to express our gratitude to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church (as well as other supportive communities!) who have provided off-campus spaces for professors to hold their classes in solidarity with the strike. There a several ways we can thank them and show our support in return. 

1. Volunteer: whether just one time with our Saturday Outreach food program, or overnight in their Shelter, or regularly.  Here is the information for volunteering with any of their non-sectarian community programs: https://www.wanacommunitycenter.org/volunteer 

2. Attend, spread the word, or donate to their Giving Tuesday online event, campaign, and panel discussion with refugee shelter guests (seeking asylum) on November 30 @ 7pm.
