Update On Voting To Continue Our Strike

Dear SWC,
 

The Process Committee has been working closely with the Bargaining Committee and the Organizing Committee to develop a democratic procedure for making collective decisions about the length of our strike and broader strike strategy. This procedure must be consistent with our unit’s bylaws, as well as the UAW constitution.
 

The Process Committee will announce a detailed procedure on Wednesday evening and everyone will have an opportunity to weigh in on whether the unit should continue striking beyond Fri, Nov 12.
