The COL Working Group organizes around the demands of compensation, housing and all things money. One of the main demands is to tie our raises to an indicator of broader economy (like the rate of inflation) in addition to a big raise. As well, we organize around housing demands such as rent increases that don’t outpace our raises. If you’re interested in organizing, or hearing about the organizing, come to our meetings!
